Bogle has more than 20 years of experience in various areas of healthcare, including IT, consumer health, medical devices and biotechnology.

    Operating Partner, Cold Bore Capital

    Nicki Lambropoulos joined Cold Bore Capital in 2021 as an operating partner where she advises and manages financial and operational improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Additionally, Lambropoulos evaluates platform and add-on acquisitions. Prior to joining Cold Bore, Lambropoulos served as the vice president of portfolio finance at New Harbor Capital, a lower-middle market private equity firm. During this time, she played a key role in financial and operational due diligence, implementing finance and accounting system controls, finance organizational development, post-merger integration, and reporting. Previously, Lambropoulos worked in controllership positions at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and Athletico Physical Therapy. As well as strong M&A experience, she has an extensive accounting background, having performed audits, controllership services and tax preparation at Abrams & Steinberg. Lambropoulos is a licensed CPA and holds bachelor and master of science degrees in accounting from DePaul University.

    Director, Private Equity Alliances, Sage Intacct

    Jesse Weber joined Sage Intacct in 2019 to lead private equity alliances for the company. An industry veteran, Weber leads expansion efforts into new market segments with large-cap and middle-market private equity and venture capital firms in North America and Europe. Prior to Sage Intacct, Weber held similar roles at SAP Ariba and Concur. He earned a bachelor of arts in business administration at Eastern Washington University.
