    Description

This webinar — recorded on September 5, 2024 — is eligible for ACMPE and CEU credit.

Your staff are the backbone of your practice, their performance and experience are vital to the success of your business. Unfortunately, we’ve seen rising burnout levels in healthcare staff contributing to feelings of dissatisfaction in their work and turnover, which may negatively impact your business’ operations. To address burnout and its affects head on, providers need to understand the driving forces behind it.

In this session, Claude Royster will share insights from CareCredit’s 2023 Staff Burnout Survey and a related whitepaper “Recognizing Burnout in Healthcare Staff and Ideas for Addressing It,” to thoroughly explore the issue of burnout in the healthcare industry. Claude will discuss the top contributors to burnout, staff attitudes about their jobs, and how a solution like CareCredit can offset some of the administrative burden feeding into burnout.

This 60-minute webinar will provide you with the knowledge to:

    • Educate audiences on the key factors driving burnout
    • Explore the effects burnout can have on business operations
    • Discuss a solution that can enhance the payments process and help reduce administrative burden
