Steering the strategic growth and development of a team that expanded to 130 members nationwide, his team facilitated the placement of nearly 2,000 physicians, physician leaders and advanced practice providers annually.

      Rossi's expertise in physician and provider recruitment spanned various practice types, encompassing employed practices, affiliated practices and partner practices. His deep understanding of the hospital medical staff landscape, urgent care settings, Graduate Medical Education (GME) sphere, and hospital-based environments was instrumental in aligning recruitment strategies with the health system's diverse healthcare needs.
