    Jennifer Hannah has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle. She has supported large hospital systems, private practices and hospital-based physicians in specialties such as dialysis, pain management and ophthalmology. At Cognizant, she leads the billing services and denials management teams for revenue cycle. Prior to joining Cognizant, Jennifer served as a vice president of revenue cycle, working in areas such as denials, AR follow up and underpayments. Jennifer’s expertise in financial reporting and cash collections has resulted in lower AR days and higher revenue for her many clients.

    Andrew Frost serves as Product Manager overseeing Cognizant’s TriZetto Provider Solutions’ Denials and Contract Management suite, designed to help clients with issues relating to preventing, managing and recouping payments for denials and contract underpayments. With more than 30 years in the healthcare IT industry, he has experience spanning product management, account management and sales. Prior to joining Cognizant, he spent time at Change Healthcare, GE Healthcare and IDX Systems. Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree from Union College and an MBA from Boston University.
