    Susan Aloi, PhD, FACMPE
    Faculty, Thomas Jefferson University

    Dr. Aloi draws on more than 20 years of healthcare experience with roles that range from direct practice management to chief operating officer. She has spent the past two decades growing, leading, and transforming healthcare systems, and building dynamic businesses that deliver exceptional results. She is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in healthcare system management and change leadership. Dr. Aloi provides consultation and oversight on health system population health management, operational efficiencies, value-based performance, and strategic planning for clinicians, administrative leadership, students, and clients. Her expertise focuses on qualitative and quantitative methods on traditional and alternative data sources, data collection approaches, including but not limited to observational and conversational interviews, data analysis, and appreciative inquiry.

    Dr. Aloi earned a PhD from Capella University and a master's degree in public administration from New York University.
