    Transformative Healthcare Delivery, as defined by the MGMA Body of Knowledge, encompasses the latest innovations in care, payment and organizational models. These models are recognized as the framework necessary to deliver value-based care and manage risk, transforming how care is delivered. The quest to reach the Quadruple Aim is changing the healthcare landscape and requiring executives to understand and function within these new models.

    The Transformative Healthcare Delivery Certificate Program is an in-depth online learning experience that provides healthcare leaders with a mastery of Transformative Healthcare Delivery concepts, including Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), Commercial Value-Based Care Programs and CMS’ Value-Based Care Programs, including MIPS and APMs. Complete this on-demand certificate program to gain valuable insight into these new healthcare models.

    Upon completion of the full online program and exam, participants will receive the Transformative Healthcare Delivery Certificate and be issued a THDC credential.
