    Haley is the Assistant Director of Business Operations at Heartland Dermatology, one of the largest Dermatology providers in the state of Kansas. She oversees many of the financial aspects of the practice including: monthly financial reporting, budget adherence and visibility, and constant improvement to fiscal process, accuracy and efficiency. In addition, she is responsible for implementing and assembling the annual Strategic Plan for Heartland Dermatology in correlation with the CEO. She is passionate about improving healthcare accessibility to our rural and urban communities by automating certain workflows and provider/leadership reports to allow the healthcare providers to focus solely on delivering high-quality care to the members of the communities we serve.
