    Ahmed Foda, MD
    Cardiologist and CMIO Ambulatory Practices, Temple University Health System

    Dr. Foda is an actively practicing cardiologist with 15 years of clinical experience and an extensive background in technology, operations and technology training. As CMIO of the ambulatory practices at Temple Health for the past four and a half years, he has focused on delivering effective clinician EMR/Voice Recognition Software education to streamline the clinical documentation process. He leads the EPOCH team, a quick-reaction clinician support team focused on training, troubleshooting and advocacy for clinicians. 

    Dr. Foda’s professional tech background started in the mid-1990s and extended into the early 2000s in New York City. As Director of Publishing Technology at Thomson Financial, he led a team supporting the technology required to produce two daily newspapers. They supported and trained writers, editors and graphic designers in publishing applications. 

    Dr. Foda received his doctorate in medicine from the SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn.
