Wednesday General Session - Get Big Things Done: The Power of Connectional Intelligence with Erica Dhawan
Erica Dhawan will punctuate the second day of MGMA’s 2021 Medical Practice Excellence: Leaders Conference DX by introducing a new concept – connectional intelligence – during today's general session at 11:40am EST. An award-winning speaker and author, Dhawan believes that the best leaders don’t solve every problem by themselves; rather, they lean on the strengths within their teams and networks.

“A lot of the ways that we measure relationships right now is through the quantity of our meetings, the number of emails we write,” Dhawan said on a recent episode of the MGMA Insights podcast. "But connectional intelligence is about shifting that notion from quantity to quality. They key is how you harness the intelligence of your teams to really drive change that makes or breaks success.”
