MGMA’s 2021 Medical Practice Leaders: Excellence Conference DX is set to open on a positive note, with Shola Richards' general session highlighting the first day of the virtual event at 11:40am EST.
An author, speaker and CEO, Richards subscribes to the transformative concept of Ubuntu, which translates to “I am because we are.” He implores audiences to embrace the philosophy and answer the powerful questions necessary to revolutionize their work culture and foster civility, collaboration and compassion.
