    Testimonials from Our Attendees
"I was skeptical on the idea of attending a virtual conference as I was concerned that there would be technical barriers or that I would be easily distracting as I watched from my office.  I was wrong about both concerns.  I did not experience 1 technical issue and the MGMA team seemed like old pros with this environment.  The presentations were thoughtful, relevant, and full of good content.  The chat areas allowed for participants to ask questions freely which I think is an awesome feature of a virtual conference...no more needing to remember your question until the end of a session.  This was my first MGMA conference and it looks like the bar was set pretty high.  Thank you to the teams that did the planning--the amount of planning really showed!  I will definitely be attending future conferences (virtual or in person)." Andrea S., Executive Director, WI

"This was the first Medical Practice Excellence Conference I had the opportunity to attend and I loved every aspect of it!  The platform was incredibly easy to navigate, the speakers were knowledgeable and the content was relevant to 2020 and all that goes with it!  It has been an incredibly difficult year in healthcare, and it was great to connect with other healthcare professional and learn how they have adapted to all of the changes and challenges of 2020!" Tammy O., CMPE, Central Staffing Manager, CT

"Was hesitant to join this conference not thinking it would be as impactful and helpful vs an in-person conference.  I was wrong!  It was well put together, timely, relevant and so much information that is welcomed in this stage of the pandemic.  Great job MGMA!!!" Karen A., CMPE, Clinic Administrator, OR

    Complete Your Evaluations
You should have recieved the overall evaluation link via email on 10/26 or 10/27. It is due by Friday, 10/30. The overall evaluation must be completed in order to recieve CME credit.

    Claiming Education Credit
Here’s a short walkthrough to access the credit portal. Through it you can claim credit hours, view your transcript, or go back and review past activities that you’ve done through MGMA National.
    1. Login to your MGMA Account.
    • If you require assistance with this, or if you need the email changed or the password reset, please reach out to the Service Center.
    1. At the top of the MGMA page, click "My Dashboard".
    2. The next step will depend on the source of the credits:
    • If the credit hours you are trying to claim come from the MGMA National association, click the “Claim Education Credits” tile under Quick Access.
      • Each National offering will have it’s own line and a “credit details” button. Click the “credit details” button.
      • The next page will allow you to request credit for each respective credit type offered for that conference or event (broken down by session where appropriate). For each of the credit types you will wish to claim, please click “claim credit”.
      • Note, if applicable, you may be required to enter a license number for the request to be processed. This is different than your MGMA member number.
      • If manual oversight is not required, “Download Certificate” will appear in the final column.
    • For others (Such as CNE, CPE, and CME), a manual review to ensure compliance is performed. Standard processing time immediately following webinar and conferences can be up to 10 business days, however our goal is to limit turn around time whenever possible.
    •  For all other conferences (including MGMA State affiliate conferences), click "Manage Your Account” and then “ACMPE Tracking" from the new menu at the right.
      • To manually add education hours that were not acquired through the MGMA National Organization (as well as survey credits), click "Add ACMPE Continuing Education Hours".
      • Additionally, to view the complete listing of all credit hours logged under the current ACMPE cycle, click “ACMPE Transcript”.
