The purpose of this business proposal is for the expansion of digestive health services for Coastal Health System, a non-profit 501 (c) 3 corporation. The newly created free-standing digestive health center will provide a variety of preventative and diagnostic endoscopic procedures for patients. The new center will be named Beach Digestive Health Center.
The focus of the plan will be on the development of the Center to increase market share and provide services in the growing northern region of Park County. There is a gap that has been identified by a community needs assessment and a shortage of gastroenterologists in the densely populated northern market area. The new center will increase visit and procedure access for patients and provide a referral source to primary care and specialty providers who are currently referring services outside the identified service area. This will also provide a pathway for Coastal Health System to expand the organization’s footprint into northern county market.
