    One of the components of being an effective leader is the ability to identify and manage our personality-based risk factors. Each of us has them, and they can impact our performance, relationships, ability to communicate and ultimate success, according to Nancy Parsons, president, CDR Assessment Group Inc.

    “We seldom take the time to identify what they are,” Parsons said at MGMA19 | The Annual Conference in New Orleans. “So if we don’t know what they are, they are going on without us even thinking about it because they are ingrained behaviors. … Just like your strengths are personality-based, so are your risk factors.”
