What is the Hosted Buyer Program?
The Hosted Buyer Program is a curated matchmaking experience designed to help you connect with solution providers fit for your organization's greatest challenges. We pair buyers with suppliers in highly efficient 15-minute, 1-on-1 meetings. If you schedule and complete all of your meetings after being accepted, we cover the cost of your conference registration! This program will take place Sunday, October 6 from 9 am-3 pm.

Our matchmaking program curates meetings that accomplish months' worth of work in a few days, allowing you to build a solid procurement strategy. As an executive or decision-maker, you'll receive complimentary access to Leaders Conference in exchange for dedicating a few hours of your time during the event.
How can I get involved?
- Complete the application (CLOSED).
- You will receive a status update for your application within eight (8) business days.
- If accepted as a hosted buyer, you’ll receive a full conference pass (up to a $2,395 value). A link to MGMA’s registration site will be sent to you along with your complimentary code.
- In August, all program attendees will be sent access to the scheduling portal where you’ll select the host companies you want to meet with and times for each 15-minute meeting. You are required to schedule and attend six (6) 15-minute meetings to retain your Hosted Buyer status. If you miss any of your six (6) planned meetings through the program, MGMA will invoice you post-show for your conference fee.
